The Mediterranean Agrifood Competence Center (MACC) is actively participating in the 1st Cantina Academy: “Securing the Future of Food,” a new institution of dialogue and knowledge exchange in the agrifood sector, taking place on April 30, 2025, in Larissa, Greece.
Dr. Evdokia Krystallidou, Livestock Production Advisor and Head of Innovation & Strategy at MACC, will participate as a speaker in the thematic session “Livestock Farming: Challenges, Innovations, and Breeds,” highlighting the potential of Greek livestock farming through biodiversity, technological advancement, and its connection to gastronomy and locality.
