The Panhellenic Association of Food Technologists (P.E.T.E.T.T.) in collaboration with the Bioresearch and Kappa Studies organize a Workshop on:
“Kenotomy & Technology in the production, safety and quality of Cretan products”
on Saturday 06 April 2024, Time: 16:00 at the “Garden of Sensations”, in Malades. The event will be welcomed by Mr. Ioannis Smarnakis, President of P.E.T.E.T., Dr. Alexandros Stefanakis, President – Scientific Director of BioResearch and Iamou Kalathaki, Director of Kappa Studies, Food Technologist MSc.
After the welcoming speeches and the speeches of the dignitaries, there will be 2 rounds of discussions, the first on Food Production, Quality & Safety as Tools for Innovation, moderated by Ioanna Balafouti, Editor of Olive magazine and MACC partner. Participants:
