Successful completion of the tender for the organoleptic analysis of olive oil

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the first Olive Oil Organoleptic Contest, a collaboration between MACC, PLOIGOS and Quality Plus KINSEP.

Our common vision was to educate olive oil producers about the quality and properties of the olive oil they produce and the results far exceeded our expectations! The competition not only fostered a deeper understanding of the fine art of olive oil production among our producers, but also encouraged an enthusiastic exchange of knowledge and experience.

From this unique platform, the participants had the opportunity to appreciate the complex properties of their olive oil, thus improving their craft and upgrading the quality of their products.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in this journey. To the producers for their passionate dedication, to the participants for their enthusiasm and curiosity, and to our incredible partners for their unwavering support.

The success of this competition has highlighted the potential and necessity of such events in the olive oil sector. It has also highlighted the desire within us, and within the community, for this initiative to become an institution, a tradition that will continue to enhance the skills and knowledge of our olive oil producers.
